Returns

Items from SOXS have a 30-day return period. After a return is filed, you have 14 days to return the products.

The product to be returned must meet the conditions below to be eligible for return. The order amount will be credited within 14 days of receiving your return.

The cost of return to the online store is at your own expense.

Conditions:

• If you exercise your right of return, the product will be returned to the merchant with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it;
• Personalized items are excluded from possibility of return;
• Items paid in full with a coupon may be returned, but no cash refund will be issued. Instead, the amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher.
